Well I'm not, I might live in Britain but I love America ! Well what I hear about it anyway ? I'm studying American history at the moment and its like WOW, the nation has such a rich and vibrant background.
The land of refugee's. Huge immigrant population that is still growing ! The country gave a home to people who had no where to go. Like the Jews that were being persecuted in Russia in the 1900's. Also way before that the America we know today started with immigrants from the UK.
What I am against however. Is the state of fear America has put the world in. TERRORISM ! tun tun taaaaaaaaaaa. From a country that always claims to be anti-imperialist. They seem to be pushing the boundaries a bit don't they ?
Do a quick Google search and find out how many wars they've been in ! and in the last 50 years how many were actually successful ?
Lets talk Afghanistan. American and British troops have been in there for YEARS now. The two great military powers of the world cant find a bunch of men in turbans hiding in a cave ? Maybe the reason they can't find em is because they don't exist ?! Oh look at me sounding like a conspiracy theorist. I'm not ! Or maybe I am ? But in this case I am not !
I have seen no CREDIBLE evidence which states that Al Qaeda exists in Afghanistan. I do however believe that the people our troops are fighting. Are in fact freedom fighters. They say one mans terrorist is another mans freedom fighter. My opinion has nothing to do with that saying. I genuinely believe (because I have seen no evidence, nor have I searched for any because I believe that I am right) the people we are fighting, are actually citizens of Afghanistan who are just angry that there is a foreign occupation going on. That's what i think anyway :)
In conclusion, i love America, i admire their democratic techniques (separation of powers), and i believe that All troops should leave Afghanistan, stop wasting tax payers money, and let their economy grow on heroin sales. (which i might add increased significantly since the foreign occupation).

And here's a cool pick for you to admire. Nothing to do with the wars or America. Just capitalism in Greece ! But seriously this pic is awesome, the riot geared police officer with the gas mask and tear gas. The blood or paint (?) coming down the wall where it says Bank of Greece. The upside down riot shield, helps signify the chaos that went on this day ! You see no face to the officer.
Is he protecting the bank ? Or a figure of law and order turning away (blind eye) from the injustice and vampirish draining of the common people it is always doing. Or maybe you see something completely different ?

Oh yeah: the pic was not posed or planned. It was taken by a reporter of an actual police officer on a day of national protest in Greece against government spending cuts. Abut 50,000 citizens turned up.
